Apps

• Battersea Power Station and Redrow London
  3D native Ipad apartment finder apps for the property development sector

• University of Surrey
  UX and UI design for the student engagement mobile app. All projects use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards.

• University of Surrey
  UX Lab user testing on the app with two rounds of students space out before launch, and again in July 2020 to test new features. I wrote the documentation / designed the tests for the user testing / wrote up of the feedback

• Shire (Global healthcare pharmaceutical brands)
  Ipad apps showcasing drug case studies for drug reps. UX design - using Axure, User flow diagram wireframing and prototyping)

Websites

• Virgin Media
  Product design UX/UI for complaints section (serve and retain) care website in cross functional agile teams. User flows, journey maps, UX/ UI mock ups in Sketch and Zeplin, iterative prototypes in Invision working with a ux researcher. Designs will be A/B tested.

• University of Surrey
  UX and UI projects. All projects use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards.

  Designing patient support programmes (UX and UI)

• University of Surrey
  Guerrilla testing and quantitative questionnaires for the University's current students homepage design. A quantitative questionnaire was designed on https://www.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/ then sent out in a link via the University's social media channels.

• University of Surrey
  For the Welcome to Surrey website , I did a competitor analysis of other Universities and personas of users before doing the wireframes and UI design.
